Origin and History
The regiment was raised as the “Queen's Royal Musquetteers” on October 14 1761 by Colonel Deaken by the regimentation of independent companies.
During the Seven Years' War, the regiment was under the command of:
- from October 1761 to 1763: Colonel Deaken
The regiment was disbanded in 1763.

The regiment did not take part to any campaign during the Seven Years' War.
