Palestra of Taureas
From Project Athinai
The Palestra of Taureas was a civic building built around 450 BC. Its precinct was delimited to the north by the Shrine of Kodros, Neleus and Basile, to the south by the City Walls, and to the west by the street leading to the Halade gate. Plato mentions this palestra.
