Probably August 10, 1760 – Gottsbüren
Two Hessian hussars buried, killed the same day at Sababurg by cannon shot as our people (resisted?) 4,000 French troops which remained four days in the area, intending to cross the Weser to invade Hanoverian territory.
- Note: On that day, Colonel Donop attacked and dislodged the Volontaires de Saint-Victor (2,000 men), who had been detached into the woods of Sababurg to protect Broglie's line of communication with Prince Xavier.
